This is a must when conducting an analysis of a home. Both experience and training are necessary components of a qualified inspector. Knowledge alone is not enough. We will not hire anyone who has not worked and been licensed as a general contractor or they more have experience within more than one licensed trade.

  •  20 Years in Heating & Air Conditioning inspection, service, installation, sales, management.
  • 12 years major appliance service.
  • 10 years general construction as laborer and supervisor.
  • 7 years property management.

  • Heating and Cooling - Trane, General Electric, Rheem/Ruud, York and Tappen, E.L. Pruitt
  • Appliance Service - General Electric/Hotpoint, Whirlpool, RCA
  • Construction - Reynolds Construction, Don's Electric
